Eggs

Eggs are my breakfast savior, scrambled or boiled. They are a great source of protein, a warm and satisfying breakfast. My boys are very interested in eggs, they both like to crack them and mix them for scrambling.

Basic Scrambled Eggs
Our family likes scrambled eggs with onions. The trick with onions is to cut it into small pieces and after a minute of softening them I put a lid on top, which makes them soft.

Boiled Eggs
To vary eggs for breakfast, I sometimes boil them and cut them up. This allows the kids to enjoy putting special salt on top and my little one, who prefers to eat the whites, can separate them this way.
