Smoothies with Fruits

Lisa Barnes from Petit Appetit mentions that the best way to create smoothies for young children is to use frozen fruit instead of ice, which can be too cold for children. My son says "It hurts my head to drink this!" as he takes a big gulp out of an ice-made smoothie. So instead try her recipe:
