ENDORSEMENTS

“Since 2005, the Clinton Global Initiative has brought together thousands of business leaders, directors of nonprofits, and heads of state to make a measurable impact on pressing global challenges. The Feeding Your Kids program tackles childhood and teenage obesity by providing concrete ways to help families eat healthier and serves as a tremendous example of how our members are improving lives around the world."

Meatballs

I take two handfuls of minced turkey
Add an egg
and mix it all well together.

I roll the balls and put them into boiling water.

I have been known to enrich this with small pieces of bacon (I cut it with kitchen scissors).

Small cut of vegetables, softened in oil first (onions, carrots, zucchini, pepper)

Stronger spices: chili pepper, tobasco sauce, paprika creme.

My kids love it with ketchup, or a more substantial tomato sauce and pasta. Makes great lunch-thermos addition, alone or with pasta.

Turkey is a very mild tasting meat, it tastes less strong than the combination of beef and pork.
