ENDORSEMENTS

“Since 2005, the Clinton Global Initiative has brought together thousands of business leaders, directors of nonprofits, and heads of state to make a measurable impact on pressing global challenges. The Feeding Your Kids program tackles childhood and teenage obesity by providing concrete ways to help families eat healthier and serves as a tremendous example of how our members are improving lives around the world."

Levels of Shopping

There are three levels of shopping; it can help you save time and money if you divide it this way.

  1. Go once a month and fill up your pantry with basic items: rice, different flours, sugar and other sweeteners, pasta, tomato sauce, pesto in a jar, nuts, cereals, spices, ketchup, mustard, frozen foods, etc.

  2. The, you go once a week and purchase lean protein (meat and fish or soy), produce, dairy products, and bread, which are best fresh and need refrigeration.

  3. Last, of course, you pick up what you run out of on a daily basis if you need to.
